Nick helps businesses develop the people who lead them. With deep roots in the skilled trades, he went from technician to building and growing businesses, and knows firsthand the shift from fixing things to developing people.
Today he brings that experience to his work as a coach, consultant, and trainer for businesses of all kinds, from the skilled trades to any organization that wants to grow its people.
Nick also volunteers his time speaking and leading workshops in schools, helping students bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce.
